Compassionate, inclusive and accessible life coaching

Personal development coaching that is LGBTQIA-affirming, neuro-inclusive, chronic-illness aware and tailored to you.

Life management coaching

Do you feel overwhelmed with everything you need to do? Do you feel like a failure because you can’t ‘get it together’? Let’s ditch the generic productivity advice, interrupt the shame spiral and figure out specific strategies that work for you.

Making a big decision

Maybe you’re unsure which career path to take, whether to start or leave a relationship or job, or make a big move. Whatever the crossroads you find yourself at, we’ll work together to get clarity, and figure out the best next step for you.

Coaching through change

Are you going through a transition in your life? Perhaps a change in stage of life, career, health or identity? Whether you are choosing the transition or it’s happening to you, change can be hard, and a little support can make all the difference.

Planning for your future

When last did you sit down and think about what you want for yourself? Are you running on automatic, or following someone else’s plan for your life? We’ll take a look at where you are in your life right now, where you want to go, and design a path for how to get there.

Relationship coaching

Are you struggling with an aspect of relating to a partner, friend, family member, colleague or boss? We’ll unpick the hidden relational dynamics at play under the surface to gain an understanding of what’s really going on – and what you can do about it.

Chronic illness coaching

Whether you’ve recently received a new diagnosis or have been living with a chronic illness for some time, we’ll identify what support will be helpful for you right now – perhaps navigating grief and loss, adapting to a changing body and mind, or learning to ask for help.

Helped me gain confidence…

“Working with Sarah helped me gain confidence at a time when I had lost direction both professionally and personally. I can recommend Sarah to anyone seeking an understanding life coach who goes out of her way to help clients bring their whole selves to sessions.”

– Jen L.

Gave me amazing clarity…

“I had sessions with Sarah in difficult times. Her deep questioning helped me to understand the situation and find solutions. Her sessions gave me amazing clarity, that I did not have after sessions with other coaches. If you have some difficult situation, Sarah is the person to help you to see it in different light and to remind you about your resources.”

– Barbara D.

Helped me challenge some of my beliefs about myself…

“Sarah was so easy to talk to and put me at ease right away. She really helped me to untangle my thoughts and challenge some of my beliefs about myself. Thank you so much!”

– Anna M.

Helped me work with my strengths…

“Sarah helped me figure out how to work with my strengths rather than forcing myself to do something that isn’t sustainable for me. I have/had been struggling with managing my time in a way that I can do justice to personal and professional goals, and we focussed on different aspects of working towards that. I had such a positive experience and loved their calming presence. These sessions helped me be more empathetic and compassionate towards myself and think of progress in a more positive light rather than employ a punitive approach!”

– Tee.

Helped me understand what was worrying me…

“Having sessions with Sarah really helped me to see what areas in my life I wanted to work on and see clearly how I could improve these areas. She really helped me to understand what was worrying me and highlight some clear paths to move forward.”

– Dan K.

Helped me explore a career change…

“I started working with Sarah to help navigate a career change. Exploring new possibilities can be daunting, and I’ve struggled to figure out where to start and what direction to take. Sarah’s coaching has been helpful in starting to bring some clarity. She has helped me gain a better sense of what is important to me in a career, and to lay foundations I can build upon as I explore new opportunities. Her sensitivity and calm presence made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the process.”

– Jordan H.

Helped me navigate family relationships…

“I have been having coaching sessions with Sarah and she has supported me to explore different aspects of my life that are lacking and need extra guidance. One of the aspects we explored was looking for a life partner. I had stopped looking and with Sarah’s guidance I set attainable goals to look for a partner. I also navigated family relationships and how I would like to be treated. I explored things that were really difficult and Sarah listened and was empathetic throughout our sessions.”

– Anon.

Helped me prepare for an interview…

“Sarah helped me prepare for an interview in which I was asked to talk about my values. She quickly and efficiently got to the bottom of what I was looking for by perfectly summarising my rambling thoughts and gently asking just the right follow-up questions. Within an hour I felt better prepared for the interview questions than what I could have accomplished by myself in an entire day.”

– Kat K.

Self-discovery and much-needed uplift…

“Sarah promptly made time for an introductory series of continent-spanning sessions for me, when I was having a desperate time due to simultaneous short-term and longer-term (grief) disturbances. She listens so effectively, that I found myself pouring out inner battles and months-long embarrassments to the point where I felt I overdid it. But she kept patiently steering me toward useful self-discovery and much-needed uplift. And her LGBTQIA-friendliness is especially useful, both outward- and amazingly inward-looking. I will return, if I may!”
